6 Disks – Bounty
This month I am continuing journeying into the minor arcana cards of the Sacred Circle Deck (available from my book store ), this month it is the Six of Disks – and we continue to look at the sixes. Sixes are about the perfecting of the energy of the suit. They are positive and successful and the peak experience of the suit, the journey isn't over though, but the first phases are complete so it is time to enjoy some of the success experienced so far.

I look at the card and see a lot of pinkiness to the colouring it seems warm and comforting despite the earthiness of the card which is also present.
I walk into the card....
I feel the sunlight behind me as if it is the end of the day and a red sunset is starting. I feel warm and nurtured – peaceful like a days work is done and now there is the reward of stillness and peace. I look at the disks and the flowers around them and ask them for their meaning.
"We are the disks of success the disks say we are rewards for hard work in the past and we are the security for the future work you will be putting in – it is time to rest and reflect and them push on with your dreams making your future a reality. We flowers are adorning these disks and are symbolic of the love and receptivity that is needed to know the next step. We will bring healing where needed to prepare you for your future. We are representing the feminine force that can create security and stability we are alongside the more masculine need to provide and we allow relationship and connection to be important parts of how success is achieved. It is the new order of things that connections with others in a personal sense is how success will come more and more and less business will be based upon pure drive and determination. Though these things are still needed when imbibed with the sense of love and unity of people success comes more easily and with right ness of feeling too. "
"Thank you" – I say – Business advice was somewhat unexpected but welcomed all the same.
"I like your shine" I say to the disks
"Yes we reflect the belief you have in yourself. As you feel yourself to be worthy and look after yourself appropriately so we will mirror this back to you in wealth on all levels – inner qualities as well as physical success and security. "
"Thank you – so if you are in a reading then there is success on its way – and to be taken as a mirror of inner wealth as well as a sign of money coming to being added security in life too? "
"Yes that is it.. Go on now – you can not linger with us as live is always moving and flowing forwards... you too must move on with the times – the energies and the new projects that are calling as the success is being enjoyed of the last phase. "
"Thank you – yes that is significant for me right now. " I say.
I go round the disks and start towards the burial chamber ahead of me... I wait at the outside to sense whether it is ok for me to enter
"Yes come in" I hear within me
I walk into the chamber it is dark at first then my eyes adjust and I see a kind of glow to the area which is not quite usual. I can not see a light source yet there is enough light to make out whereabouts I am. where the walls are and where I can walk.
I walk into the center of a chamber...
I feel a peace and a stillness here. "What message do you have for me?" I ask
"Take time for resting in your center. Meditate and allow yourself the peace of the darkness. In the midst of success you need to create more for the future – as you receive the bounty you deserve you need to open your heart to receive the messages for the future – yes it is a time to rest and receive but do not be complacent – the journey is not over there is much yet to create and this is the place of blackness of creation and not only of death but of rebirth. As you embrace the rebirth needed in your life at this time and let go of your fear of change and of the new you will be provided for. Come deep inside and sit... "
"Thank you" I say "I understand your message and I will come and sit within you for a while."
I walk further in and rest there.
I feel the darkness and the dampness and can hear the outside world as a distant noise irrelevant to me now. I hear the words "Open your heart and allow yourself to receive" I follow the instructions and see my heart opening and allow whatever the universe is offering me to come into me – I know the universe has my best interests at heart and will only give me what I can cope with and what is good for me.
I remain here a little while then thank the place and leave as I come out into the open air I see the sun has gone down much further and the moon is up – I look at the moon as ask for her message
"I am the flow of life the ebb and flow of prosperity – there are times of fullness and times of emptiness but in the cycle there is never a still point always change. Allow the natural change and prepare for the empty times as well as enjoy the times of fullness, For as you work in synchronisation with the natural cycles you become balanced. Times of little work gives you space for creation – times of plenty of work gives you your natural expression of your gifts to serve others – each time has its place and can be savoured for what it brings – as you remove fear and allow the flow of life to be as the cycles of the moon or the tides you can be set free from fear and from those who would prey upon such fears. " "Thank you" I say "This is very relevant to me at the moment. "
I stand back and look around there is a large expanse of land – wild and natural all around me and suddenly I see how prosperity is in all of life and that it is natural. Also that by living with the seasons you can achieve the balance craved so much so often.
I feel I have gained a lot from this card. "What If you are reversed?" I ask
"Well we are representing someone who fears their own success and blocks it coming. They may find it hard to receive and give away all they have forgetting the cycles of time, such a person can break through this cycle of scarcity at this time and receive the effortless abundance of the Universe through their own creativity and self worth – it is time to address these issues and come out of the stuckness of the past. "
"Thank you again" I say "I feel very grateful for all you have given me here. "
"You are welcome." they reply – "keep your heart open to receive from those who value you. Do not doubt your own value in all you do. "
"I will" I reply and leave the card.

The readings I offer on the phone, internet, in person or by post are detailed and last between 1/2 hour to an hour, also I record them onto CD or MP3 so you can listen to them time and time again – often people find that the things I have said take on new meanings as time passes and that the information that comes through really helps as situations unfold.
Information is gained both from the tarot cards as well as psychically the two forms of guidance merging together to give insight to any situation you are concerned about, or you general future.
Readings can be done by distance onto a CD or MP3 and sent to you in the post, so there's no need to be living in my area, or need to find a time we can both be present. I offer readings Face to Face, On Skype video phone, and usual telephone, as well as distance readings without you needing to be present or available when I do the reading for your focus directly onto CD or MP3. I now offer ongoing development sessions where we use guided meditations, readings and counselling techniques of various kinds to help you develop yourself from both a spiritual and psychological point of view. Personal relationship awareness and self development
By request, I am currently developing a course focusing on psychological self development and awareness of relationship patterns of behaviour we get into time and time again, to be run later on in the year. It will be heavily based on the theories of Transactional Analysis, which is a theory that explores the games we play with each other and the internal sub-personalities of Parent, Adult and Child, with a view to becoming more authentic in our lives. The course will be held online via a forum as my other courses are. It is not connected with tarot reading specifically, however it will be useful in dealing with clients, whether tarot, healing or other supportive professional roles - particularly where you may find challenges of communication. Initial Thoth Course We are currently taking bookings for the Initial Thoth course starting on January 2012. It covers the psychological and intuitional approaches to reading with the Thoth. There is a good deal of personal work and students often feel they have transfermed personally a lot through the course's duration, in addition to feeling confident with the Thoth and their increasing intuitive skills.
